When you submit a build request through our configurator, we collect the info you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you include. We also keep the details of your PC build (selected parts, accessories, and pricing).

How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your build request and communicate about your order
• Confirm parts availability and final pricing ( if you didnt use the pay now option )
• Process payments securely through Helcim
• Contact you when your build is ready for pickup

What we don't do

• We do not collect, share, or rent your personal data, including credit or debit card details
• We do not use your information for marketing or advertising
• We don't store payment info. All payments go through Helcim's secure checkout

Data storage

Your build request data is sent to us via email through our form service (FormSubmit). We do not maintain a separate database. Your information is stored in our email inbox and is not shared with anyone outside of Blueprint Tech.

You can contact us at any time to request that we delete your personal information from our records. Just reach out via email with your build reference number.
